Prison Ministry
PRISON MINISTRY
For I was an hungered, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in: Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.
Matthew 25:35-36Each month we have the privilege of taking the Word of God into the nearby Northern State Prison in Newark, NJ. On every third Thursday we conduct a two-hour Bible class from 6:30-8:30 p.m. There are 15 to 18 inmates present each class. It is a wonderful opportunity to present the life-changing truth of freedom in Christ.
